3. Delivery

If a product is ordered before 1pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) we will endeavour to dispatch your order the same business day. This excludes Weekends, Public Holidays and Bank Holidays. Newman Guitars UK reserve the right to alter delivery estimates at any point during the order process, any such changes will be notified in writing or verbal communication. We cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries.

If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your Order, as quickly as possible

3.1 Delivery to an alternative Address
Orders to an alternative delivery address can be processed if the customer has been authenticated using 3D authentication (i.e. Verified by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). Sound Affects reserves the right to deliver only to the cardholder's billing address. Orders made by American Express can only be delivered to the Customer's billing address, no exceptions will be made.

3.2 International Delivery
